I'm looking for this part, it comes from a tilt window. The manufacturer is ply gem. Do you have something that can replace this?

Sure! Take a look at our 15-195. I think this could work well as a replacement shoe for your balance.

Keep in mind that when the shoe breaks, the balance itself may not be far behind. Just something to consider. If you wanted to go with an all new replacement balance, we recommend the Series 795.
