We can help with this. Our replacement can work but it'll just look different from what you have here. I recommend our 15-259 and Series 159 coil springs. The video below will detail the process, as well as the other parts you'll need.

As for the tilt latch, see if the specifications of our 26-243 and 26-244 match up with yours.
