Please start by reviewing the 15-228 pivot shoe that is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. You will need to remove your current assembly to measure to confirm the correct series needed.

After review, my recommendation stays the same for the 15-228 pivot shoe. You will now need to measure the thickness of the coil spring to determine if you have the 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" thick Series 165. Thank you!

For a 1/2" coil, please review the Series 160. Your original cover is stamped with a #27, which should indicate that those coils can support 27 pounds of weight. With assemblies on both sides of the window, the window sash should weigh 54 pounds.
We suggest using (3) S160-9 coils along with the 15-150T triple support cover on each side of the window. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
