The lock lever broke and I'm not sure which what to buy to replace this.

Hello,

This looks similar to our 82-106 Thumb Latch, but I am afraid we do carry it in metallic color options. I apologize for any inconvenience.

Also, keep in mind that a broken thumb lever can be a sign of a broken mortise lock, so you may want to try manually flipping it with a flathead screwdriver. If it doesn't turn, you'll need a new mortise lock as well.
