Thank you for reaching out to us. Based on these photos, the pivot shoe looks like the 15-129, and the compatible balance would be the S770-21 with the 21C stamp option. Review the specifications for these parts and see if they match your repair needs.

Those are exactly what i need. Just to confirm i need to buy the shoe and the balance and piece them together? Thats how it looks and ive had to do that before with similar older models but i just wanted to be sure before purchasing.

Correct, the balance and pivot shoe are separate parts that connect with the terminal clip at the end of the balance. See the video below to assist you.
