In need of Parts and Part Numbers

Question

I have a PGT Widow, model # SH-4000, 51 1/2in Wide by 61in High. The Balance has a stamping number 29 5.
As you can see in the pictures, I am in need of the replacement Balances and Top Sash Guide....Am I correct?
Please give me the part numbers for the pieces in need as I want four(4) of each part. Also four (4) of the balance release clips. Not sure how this works, but do I order from you or go back into your web site and order?

Take a look and compare the S395-30 channel balance with a 2950 strength option to yours, as well as the 16-002 take-out clip. As for your top sash guide, we've related a few similar options to get you started but we would need to see a photo of yours fully removed from the sash, along with written out dimensions, to compare to ours.
