In need of pivot shoe replacement

Hi. I need to replace some broken pivot shoes. Pic 1 is of working shoe, pic 2 is of broken shoe in the channel, pic 3 is of the shoe removed. It obviously missing little metal claws that catch the spiral. The shoe is 1/2" thick, 1 1/4" wide, 2 1/8" high. They work with 1/2" diameter spiral balance with the blue tip. What model is the right replacement for my windows?
