I am planning to place an order for spiral balance and pivot lock shoe

Details i have only those photos.

I am ordering 29" series 600 spiral tilt windows balance 9/16" and pivot shoe 9/16" thick

And spiral charging tool

I don't have the exact measurements

Thanks for posting. The pivot shoe may be our 15-046, but I'd remove it to confirm the dimensions. See the video below. All orders can be placed online.
