Thanks for posting. At first glance, the pivot shoe looks like a Certainteed 15-192, which uses Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. However, I suspect this is a Simonton window. If it is, we've found the Certainteed system does not fit properly, despite looking so similar. In that case, we've devised a substitute solution: the 15-259 Pivot Shoe, along with Series 159 Coil Balances. The video below shows how to attempt this conversion process.
