Interior door handle/lock

Handy Person from Columbus OH
A customer contacted me about replacing the interior handle on her patio door. the handle broke, and she threw it away. Her husband put a new handle on, but didn't use the existing holes. I've attached a photo of the sticker on the door, and the lock mechanism on the door frame. Are you able to help me figure out what part I need?

I believe we can help. Could we have you provide the original hole spacing of the handle set? This will help us narrow down what replacement options to recommend.

Thank you for the information. Do you think you could use something like our 82-002K keyed patio door handle set, along with the 88-002 pull handle? Look both parts over and let us know.

It appears to be about 6 5/8"

the handle would probably work, but the lock catch on the door is on the surface of the frame, not inside the frame. do you have anything like that?

In looking at your photos more, I was mistaken when I recommended the last parts to you. I believe the best solution for a replacement would be our 82-005 surface mount handle set. To install this set, you will need to redrill new holes.

Now, in regards to the keeper. Yours appears to be a face-mount style, not jamb-mount. That said, our 89-012 could work. Look it over and let us know what you think. This is fully compatible with the 82-005. Review both parts and let us know your thoughts.
