Interlock Window Latch

A home owner from Long Beach, California says:
These latches are attached to vinyl windows. The locking mechanism is attached by two screws 2 5/8 inches apart. The locking receiver is held by two screws 1 inch apart. The only marking on the lock states "interlock".

The latching mechanism appears to be plastic set in some type of cast metal. The decorative/actionable cover plate is plastic. The activation mechanism has two plastic pins that insert into the plastic action of the base.
