Internal lock for sliding impact door.

A home owner from North Miami FL says:

I need an internal lock and locking mechanism, the one that slides up and down on the frame work on the left side of the handle. The keeper is fine as shown in photo. The keep dimensions of the keeper are: 9 3/4" in total. Screw hole to screw hole 8 11/16" . Width 11/16". Space between where lock goes into keeper approx 5 3/4".

The photo where the internal lock goes in that is completely empty, the dimensions are:

The hole is 11 3/16" long. Width is 13/16".

Screw hole to screw hole is 12".

Handle: Total length is 10 1/4". Screw hole to screw hole that goes through both sides of door is 4" apart.

Maybe easier just to get a whole new kit including everything??

Thanks for your time.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If the hole spacing of your mortise is 12", then you should consider our 82-260. I can't guarantee that this is what you have without seeing the original, but this is a good bet.

As for the handle set, consider our 82-030.
