Is S380-29 the proper replacement for these?

My balances are labeled with 28B USB and are 29" long. I have attached some pictures of the balance. Is S380-29 the proper replacement for these? One of the ends looks a little bit different but I am not sure if that would make a difference. I have to replace these on 4 windows. Thanks.

Yes, based on your pictures I think our S380-29 is a good choice. I would also recommend our 2820 option for a sash weighing 12 through 16 pounds.
