Is SERIES 380 the right channel balance for my window?

A quick learner from San Ramon, CA says:

Specs:

text printed on existing balance: 28 3 GW cmc 11

length: 29"

width: 9/16

shoe width: 1"

supported window panel (approx): 34" X 32". No tilt.

Not sure of the weight range.

Photos attached.

Is SERIES 380 the right channel balance for my window? Which Stamp Option should I select?

Respectfully, Amit

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

If the depth of your bottom attachment is exactly 1" as shown below, The S380-29 would be correct. If your measurement is greater than 1", see our S385-29 . In either case, you' ll need a 2830 strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!
