Is the 21" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE correct replacement part

Question

The attach pictures are what I have currently. No brand indicated. Just "20 4 OJ" stamped on the metal. My window balances are 21? long metal channels with 1/2" widths.

Is your 21" SERIES 380 CHANNEL BALANCE the correct replacement part for my existing balance?
Need to confirm before I order a bunch.

Thanks for posting, Andy! Looks like you already did most of the work for us. Now, our S380-21 balance is definitely a possibility, but so is our S385-21. The only difference between these two parts is the depth of the bottom shoe. The S380-21 comes with the 1" deep 15-005, while the S385-21 comes with the 1-3/32" deep 15-004. You'll have to measure your shoe as carefully as you can to determine the best option. Make sure to account for wear, too; what that means is that your shoe's depth may be a hair less than what it was originally.
