What is the part number for a handle to this operator?

Check out our 39-205 or 39-114L. Both of these can work for the 39-014. For future reference, you can see a full list of items compatible with the 39-014 under the Related Item(s) list on the 39-014 product page.

I ordered the 39-114L but it doesn't fit very well it is loose and has no set screw to tighten it. It will open the window but the handle can be easily lifted off because it has no set screw to tighten

I see. There is no set screw on the 39-114L, but it should just snap on. Are you sure that you have the 39-014? What is the spline size of your original handles? Maybe it'd help if we saw a few pictures of the hardware you're working with.
