Thanks for writing in. This is called a casement operator. If you need to replace yours, I think you're working with either our 39-031 and 39-032, or our 39-155 and 39-156. Look over the dimensions of both sets of operators. and see if either is a closer match to what you need. If you need a new cover and handle, see our 39-107 and 39-114L
