Hi there!

No, this isn't something we sell. The best we can offer from our inventory is the 82-005 surface mount handle with 4-15/16" hole center spacing. This comes with a keeper that must be mounted to the jamb, but I'm not sure if you'll have the room. Review the specifications and see what you think.
