Is this spring broken? How to replace?

A quick learner from Fort Lee, NJ says:

Hi I am located in Fort Lee New Jersey. on the right hand side of my vertical vinyl sliding up windows, I noticed this spring coil unit is broken do you have pot for this? Attach the photos showing the right hand side and the left-hand side of the window. the left inside is intact but the right hand side spring unit looks broken. Looking forward to hear from you thank you for your help. 

Also are you located in New Jersey? what is your address? May I come to show you the part such that I can ensure picking up the correct replacement part?
