Swisco-Truth Part number 39-317 appears to be the correct Operator that I need for replacement, but the drill holes do not appear to be in the same configuration.

Do I have the right part?

If no, what is the right part?

I think our 39-220B and 39-221B may be a closer match, but look over our dimensions and see if these match your original assembly.
