Pivot shoe doesn't fit

I can't see any way the parts I bought from you will fit in my window frame. Can you advise. This replacement is very frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble installing the 15-177 pivot shoe balance hardware that you purchased from us. Have you seen our video below showing how to install your pivot shoe using the cutout method? The process can be a bit tricky and, if necessary, you can make the cutout a bit larger to insert the shoe and coil springs as one piece. Thank you.
