I went online and ordered the wrong part from your company? I ordered item # 39-035 thinking it was the right replacement. I went to take the old one out that I attached as a picture and found that I ordered the wrong part? Sure, we can definitely help. What you have here is a dual arm operator, meaning it connects to the window sash using two different style arms. Yours in particular will be either our 39-032 or 39-156, depending on the size of the shorter link arm. Look over our dimensions and see which one is better.
