Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid that we do not carry an operator with a 12" arm. We have the 39-014 with the 13-1/2" arm, or the shorter 39-028E with the 9-1/2" arm. To be safe, I'd double-check to see see if your operator is indeed 12" or another size. Take a look at the parts I've listed on this page, along with the related videos, for further information.
