Question

There's a spring on the top of the side railing. But on the bottom there's this "Pivot-lock guide" that makes it stay up while open.

The pivot bar in your photos isn't made anymore but you can use our 26-040 as a replacement. I know it doesn't have the same offset as your original but that shouldn't matter.

As for the pivot shoe that the bar engages with, I can't say for sure with it still installed but what I can see looks similar to our 15-180. Take a look and see how the specifications compare to yours once the shoe is removed from the window. If it's a match, this shoe uses our Series 190 coil springs. Thanks for posting!
