It's for a tilt window in the living room

It's for a tilt window in the front window.. the little plastic knobs on break
Off and we are looking for replacements.
In the middle of the window sill there is a rod that the latch holds in place

I think that the manufacturer who made your top tilt latch is no longer in business. Our 26-089P have been known to work on Pacific Industries windows such as yours. The only issue is you will have to drill a small hole for the lower inside screw located at the top of the side of the window frame.
