JW Sliding Door Lever and Lock

I have a JW sliding glas door. The lever and lock broke right off and I need a new on. All I know is the door is made by Jeldwen and it's white and made in 2009 I believe. Can't find a part on the door or no owners manual anywhere to be found. Can you help me? I can send pictures if necessary

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 82-089 or keyed 82-086 handle set, as well as the 82-265 mortise lock, to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!
