Welcome to SWISCO! What replacement hardware can I help you find for this door? Can I see a photo of each part that you need?
A quick learner from mission tx says:
The Mechanisn works. WE broke the lock which you can see on the right. Pot metal broke.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Look at the 82-239 mortise latch, along with the 82-107 thumb lever. See if these parts match up to your parts. You may just need the thumb lever, but check your mortise to see if it works when flipped with a screwdriver. If it doesn't work, replace it too.
A contractor from San Diego CA says:
Do you happen to stock and know the part number of the keeper for this mortise?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
82-249 is a keeper that will work with this lock. How about that?
A quick learner from Pueblo , CO says:
Appears I have the same lock as above, however mechanism does not work very well. Probably will replace thumb lever as well. Keeper seems to be fine.Model number you mention above are the right ones?

Tom from SWISCO responded:

I agree, your mortise looks the same as the one posted above. The only difference is that yours has a face plate which the 26-239 lacks. You can always reuse your old faceplate, but if that's not possible then see our 82-265 instead.
