Jacobson is the manufacturer. They're aluminum and the house is in Florida.

Question

It's a 3/8" balance. Full window is 64 on outside by 35" wide. Each sash would be 32"H x 35"W.  I'm assuming it's a 32" balance. Have bought from you more than once.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Your window balance can be replaced with the Series 400 Spiral Balance. To determine the length the replacement needs to be, I'll need to know the length of the balance tube, excluding the colored tip.
