Jamliner replacement

A contractor from Louisville, Ky says:
The window is a Norco/Jeld-wen double hung wood window inside and out 2x4 exterior walls with brick veneer. Need the broken part =as shown in attached pic. Measurements of the window sash and glass size below.
Jambliner- 73 3/4 inches long (measured from sill to top inside), bottom sash size is 30 1/2 inches wide x 37 1/2 inches tall.
Glass size- 27 7/8 wide x 33 3/4.
Home was built around 2000.

Thanks for your interest in Swisco. Your jamb liner looks good, however, the balance cover is broken. I am afraid we do not offer them. I suggest removing it and putting a clean cut on it to be able to reuse it. Although it would make it shorter, you can lower it and leave the gap on top that is covered by your blinds/curtains. What also appears to be broken is the bottom tilt pin located on the bottom of the sash. You will need to raise your bottom sash a few inches, tilt the sash in, and twist it to release the bottom pins from the friction shoe that looks like our 15-104.
