Hi - I spoke to customer service at Jeld Wen and they referred me to you folks. I spoke to CS and they asked me to send a photo of the part.
My interior door lock assembly switch broke off. Jeld Wen said the part was upgraded and need the handle assembly & the interior lock mechanism. This is the best pic I have. The handle assembly alone would do as well if you have the older model.

For a new handle set, please start by reviewing the style of the 82-089 that has a 3-15/16" installation spacing from center to center.
If you only need a new lever, you may be able to use the 82-107 lever kit as a replacement option. Please note that if only the lever broke, that could mean that the mortise lock is not functioning correctly either. I would recommend taking a slotted screw driver to try to throw the mortise lock hooks to confirm if it is still working properly.
If a new mortise lock is needed, I cannot see the installation holes in the image, but start by reviewing the 82-239 or the 82-265 that uses a face plate.
