Jeld-Wen Sliding Glass Door (SGD)

I need to replace the locking mechanism on my SGD. There are two Pat # shown, PAT #6.264.252 and # 5.820/170 and a date of FEB 12. I've added photographs of the part with a tape measure showing the size.

I also need the door latch level. The width of the door is 1 3/8".

I wish to order the right locking mechanism and door latch. You recommendations?
