Jeld-Wen Vinyl Double Hung Window Constant Force Balances

Question

Both constant force balance springs broke on my Jeld-Wen vinyl double hung window. I am getting NO support from Jeld-Wen. Attached are pics of the counter balance needed. The following marking appears on the outside of the counter balance housing 6.584.644 D/ The window sash weights 17 pounds and the dimensions are 33.125" x 29.4375".

P.S. I am unable to remove the window balance from the window channel since there is NO notch in the channel under the window stop.

Hello there!

This reminds me of the 15-111. Much of the pivot shoe is obscured by the window track so I can't be 100% sure. With a 17-pound sash, you can use the S160-03 3.5-pound spring and S160-05 5.5-pound spring per side. 9 pounds of support on each side of the window will total 18-pounds of overall support.
