Looking to replace a broken window balance, and will need two as I assume the other will break when I try to replace the broken one. The only markings are 26B BSIvm. It has a metal hook at the top and a round connector at the bottom that can be seen in attached photos.

Hi there!

Your balance is a match for the S795-26 with the 26B stamp option. However, this would need to be a custom order since your balance uses a hook. There might be a workaround, but it will depend on the shape of the hole that the hook inserts into. Can you show us a photo of that?

The hole at the top is roughly 1/4" round inside the channel. Please see image.

I'm afraid the workaround I mentioned can only work if the hole is square-shaped. With that said, I've emailed you a purchase link for (2) S795-26 26B balances with the 15-198 hooks attached. The 15-194 shoes can't be included in the purchase link, so don't forget to add them to your cart separately. You will have to swap the default shoes with the 15-194 once you receive your order. See the video below for further guidance.

Note that there's also a 5-6 week lead time.

Thank you. I got an email with a purchase quote, #6272, however it does not contain the other shoes you mentioned. Can the quote be updated to include everything I need? Thanks.

The 15-194 shoes can't be included in the purchase link, so you will have to add them to your cart separately. You will also have to swap the default shoes for the 15-194 once you receive your order. See the video below for further guidance.
