Greetings

I have some windows that have been in the house for about 20 years. They are fine but the cranks have been striped. People tried to open them WITHOUT releasing the lock!!!!

I m sending pictures in the hope that. you can recognize my need.

Thank you, Lydia! I recommend having a look at the 39-031 with a 4-7/16" long link arm and the 39-155 with a 3-13/16" long link arm. Review the specifications and see if one of these parts matches up with your old assembly.
