I need to replace e this latch on a circa 2005 house.

Thanks for reaching out! We do not have an exact replacement for your JeldWen latch but I believe the 90-252 Latch Mechanism could possibly work for your repairs. Carefully look over the place of the installation holes and the other dimensions to determine if this will be a fit.
You'll need the 90-253 for the cover.
