Thank you! This looks like our Series 795 channel balance. I am very confident this will work for you. However, there is one important detail, which is the fact that our balance comes with a screw tab at the top, not a hook like yours.

We can custom make this balance with a hook, but that may not be necessary. There is a way around it. If you were to show me a picture of the hole where your hook goes, I can confirm for sure.

In the meantime, please let me know how many balances you need just in case we do have to make this a custom order.
