We are looking for a patio door handle and the only thing we have is a PAT #6.264.252 and PAT #5.820.170

Hi Crystal. This mortise lock looks like the 82-265. The handle set can be replaced with either our 82-089 or keyed 82-086. Take a look and let me know if you have further questions.

On the multi-point mortise lock, can you tell me how long it is?
Also, if we decide to order and see it will not work, what is your return policy?

So, the one we have measures 10". Would 82-239 work? And if so, what handle set would go with that?

That would be a dealbreaker unfortunately, yes. I wonder if your mortise lock is the same design as our 82-265, but with a different sized face plate. That may explain the difference.

Take a look at our 82-239. This is identical to our 82-265, but with the face plate removed. My hope is that the same can be said compared to your own mortise lock. If so then you could reuse your own face plate with this new mortise.

Hopefully that makes sense. I admit this is a bit of a Hail Mary, but check it out and see what you think.
