Hi need help in identifying where I can buy this handle. It looks like 10in from top to bottom. My lever broke on it and the locking seems to be getting jammed up so I just want to replace. Thank you.

This is an older style handle that we unfortunately do not sell. The good news is that our 82-030 should replace it without issue. This has the same hole spacing at 3-15/16" and would be compatible with the existing hardware in your door.

Does this have the 2 locking mechanism as well ? I have an upper and lower that locks the door.

It sounds like you're referring to the mortise. The 82-030 does not come with a mortise lock, but it's compatible with many, many different kinds. In order to determine what your door uses, I will need to see a photo.

Here is the lock. From inside the door. Will the handle fit this one ?

Thanks! That appears to be a match for our 82-260. The 82-030 is fully compatible with this mortise lock, and will also be compatible with what you have installed in the door now. You only need to replace the mortise if it's broken, otherwise it's totally fine to reuse it.
