This patio door was installed and the latch and the lock to lock the door is missing. Do you have replacement parts

Thanks for posting. For a new thumb lever, take a look at our 82-107. For a new keeper to attach to the door frame, see our 82-249. You may want to check to make sure the mortise lock in the door isn't damaged. To do this, remove the handle set and try manually throwing the lock with a flathead screwdriver. If it doesn't budge, a new mortise lock is also needed. See if the 82-265 matches up.

The external handle, without latch, broke. Can I get just that part replacement or do I have to purchase the entire kit? The inside handle and latch work perfectly fine. I need the black. White is kit an option.

Is the hole spacing, or the distance between the center of each mounting hole, 3-15/16"? If so, the 82-044 Outside Pull could be used as a replacement for just the outside handle, although note its a slightly different style and only comes in certain finishes. If you wanted to replace the entire handle set, see our 82-030.
