Thanks for posting! There is a good chance that we can supply you with the casement operator assembly you are searching for but I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator to recommend the correct replacement.

I am specifically looking to see the body of the operator in addition to the photo of the arm you've provided. The arm does help however, it only provides a little bit of detail.

Please let me know if there are any questions you may have in the meantime.

Thanks for reaching out! We do not carry an exact match for the casement operator assembly you have here but there is a solution we can offer, if you consider yourself to be handy. Before I move forward with offering the solution, I'd like to confirm, can the bracket be removed from the operator link arm?

Yes, the bracket can be removed from the rest of crank assembly.

Prefect! For this project, you'll need the 39-387 casement operator (the opposite handed version is part 39-388). You will also need to purchase part 62-014 and you'll need a hammer and a drill. Please review the instructions below:

Step 1. Drill out the rivet where the link arm is connected to the gear arm. You must do this with both the new arm and the old arm.

Step 2. You'll need to line up the holes of the old link arm to the gear arm of the new operator and insert the rivet.

Step 3. Use a hammer to flatten the rivet, in order to secure the arm in place.

The compatible brackets are parts 39-545 and 39-546.

Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
