Thanks for reaching out! Your awning window operator looks like it could be the 39-239B Encore Awning Operator. To confirm that this is the right fit, carefully look over the dimensions below and compare them to your hardware. This operator is also available in stainless steel; part 39-239C.
You may also need the 39-536 Truth Hardware Pivot Slide assembly, which is sold separately. The compatible folding handle is part 39-375.
