I need a replacement handle / latch for this Jen-Weld patio door.
What do I need to order?

I may only need the latch. It is really loose and figure one of these days it will just break and fall off. Thought it may be easier just to replace the whole works. But if switching out just the latch is simple enough, no point in changing out the whole works.
Which latch do I need to order to replace just that part?

We offer the 82-086 handle set and 82-265 mortise lock, depending on how the dimensions below compare to yours. If only the internal latch is broken, you may be able to use the 82-107. Review each part and make sure to test your original hardware to confirm which parts need to be replaced. Thanks for posting!
