Hi Barbara. It looks like you have either our Series 351 or Series 390 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the diagram below for reference.

Next, you need to determine the length of the balance needed. Measure the metal channel to determine this. Do not include the end fittings in this measurement; measure only the metal channel. Finally, you have to choose a stamp option. This indicates the strength of the balance, or the weight range it is designed to support. Look for a stamp on your old balance that indicates the option to choose. If there is none, or you are uncertain, send us a picture of the stamp, and we can point you in the right direction.
