KK Casement Window Cranks

Ladies and Gentlemen: I have 6 KK casement windows with the above cranks. Four on the righthand side and two on the left. Several of them no longer function - they open but the screw mechanism appears to be stripped and will not close. Please let me know if you have replacement parts. Also, if you have a recommended contractor / installer near Mountain Lakes, NJ. Thank you and best regards, Jim

Thanks so much, Jim! Our 39-031 & 39-032 or 39-155 & 39-156 look like they may be a match. We recommend reviewing the specifications to see which one matches up with what you're searching for. If you need new covers, see the 39-107.

I'm afraid we don't have any contacts in your area but we do have a video tutorial that goes over the replacement process which may be helpful.
