A from Carlsbad, CA says:
Hello and thanks in advance for your help.
We have several windows with either missing T-handles, stripped gears, or broken operator mechanisms. They are all labeled KK. Can you help?

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for posting. See either our 39-031 & 39-032 Operators, or our 39-155 & 39-156 Operators. Compare the dimensions listed for both and see what most closely matches your old parts.

For new operator covers, see our 39-107. See the 39-102 for a new T Handle, or the 39-114L for a traditional Crank Handle. Let us know what you think.
