All of the windows in my home are labeled with a crank cover that says "K/K". I have ordered replacement cranks from your company many times in the past, without any issue. This particular time however, the replacement I am not having any luck with the part I ordered. I am wondering if I totally messed up and ordered the wrong part, or something is wrong with the current one I purchased (It almost seems like the gears are stripped?).
The order number was #902056 and the part was (1) 38-155 : Caradco Window Crank, 9-1/2"
The photos attached are for the original crank I am trying to replace. If you were able to help me out, I would really appreciate it. If I can provide any additional information please let me know.
