I see many of my windows coil balancer are either broken or not working properly. I need help in finding the correct replacement parts for all my 11 windows on both the floors. So that I can order the replacement parts online.
Since I stay in Minnesota it is time to ensure all my windows are working properly and would also need help and support from handyman to proof the windows from air leaks in winter. Any suggestions and advice would be grateful appreciated.

You'll need to remove your coil balance pivot shoe to confirm, but your photos resemble the 15-177, which uses the Series 152 coil springs and other related items.
As for your sash lock, we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes to compare to our inventory.
As for weatherstripping, we may be able to help with that as well but we'd need to see an end profile of your seals removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll relate some videos to help you through the process of repairing your windows as well. Thank you.
