Hello! I think our 82-086 is a promising match, and I certainly think that our 82-265 mortise is a match for your original one. There's just one detail that concerns me that you should keep an eye out for, which is the orientation of the thumb lever.

Basically, most patio doors in this style have three positions for a thumb lever: top, middle, and bottom. The 82-086 comes with a thumb lever that is set firmly in the bottom position and cannot be adjusted.

I can't tell what position your thumb lever is in from this photo, so definitely confirm that before you buy anything. If it's centered then the 82-086 will not work for you. Top is fine, you can always just flip the 82-086 around, but center is totally incompatible.

If it is centered then that's not a big deal. We have other products that will work just fine, but we can cross that bridge when we get there. Let me know!
