Keyed lock set

Question

I need to replace this with a keyed lockset. Facing the door from outside the handles are on the left. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Assuming your handle's installation hole center spacing is 3-15/16", my recommendation would be the 82-030 along with our 82-310 key lock which is sold separately. These parts will be fully compatible with your existing mortise lock. We even have a handy blog article here that will explain how to adapt the key lock I recommended with the 82-030's outside pull.
