I have 1965 Skyline Park Model..need new patido door handle w/lock for one inch thick door
3 15/16 hole spacing 82-003 or 82-306 is lock included, i don't understand what the "cutout in
the pull" is. Installation guide will be needed...not computor savy if pictures are needed i'll
get my brother to do it.

If you have a style like the 82-003 handle set and are looking for an exterior keyed handle option, the 82-306 is compatible.
If there is any hesitation that this handle set will work out for you, to move forward we will need to see pictures of the original style on your door.
